By accessing or using BeeBusy's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
BeeBusy provides AI-powered advertising management services for home service businesses. Our services include:
- Creation and management of advertising campaigns
- AI-generated ad copy and creative assets
- Lead tracking and reporting dashboard
- Campaign optimization and budget management
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your business.
4. Payment Terms
Our service fees are billed monthly in advance. Ad spend is separate from service fees and is billed based on actual usage by advertising platforms.
- 7-day money back guarantee on retainer fees (ad spend not included)
- After 7 days, service fees are non-refundable for partial months
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle
- Ad spend budgets are set by you and enforced by campaign caps
5. Intellectual Property
All ad copy, creative assets, and campaign strategies created by BeeBusy for your business remain your property. BeeBusy retains ownership of our platform, AI technology, and proprietary methods.
6. Limitation of Liability
BeeBusy is not responsible for the results of advertising campaigns, including lead volume, lead quality, or return on investment. Advertising results vary based on market conditions, competition, and other factors beyond our control.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will stop all active campaigns and provide access to your data for 30 days. Ad accounts may be transferred to you upon request.
