End User License Agreement

1. License Grant
BeeBusy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform and services in accordance with these terms. This license is for your business use only and may not be sublicensed or assigned.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our software or platform
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Create misleading or fraudulent advertisements
- Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
3. AI-Generated Content
Our AI generates advertising content based on information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all ads before they go live. BeeBusy does not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
4. Third-Party Platforms
Our services integrate with third-party advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. BeeBusy is not responsible for actions taken by these platforms.
5. Updates and Modifications
We may update our platform and services from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, or changes to functionality. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
